NSG 4304 - Public Health and Community Nursing Credits: 4 This course examines concepts, principles, and processes that support health promotion, risk reduction, disease prevention, and illness management across the lifespan and in populations. Epidemiological concepts, environmental and global health issues are explored. Students will apply community health theory in a wide variety of community settings across diverse populations.
Prerequisites: RN Licensure. Offering: Fall/Spring
