Admission into the Newman University Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program
The following are necessary for consideration of acceptance into the Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program:
- Admission to Newman University
- Sixty-one (61) semester hours of specified college credits
- Completed nursing application
- Resume
- Completed medical form
- Interview with Admissions Committee
- CPR certification.

Traditional Program
The following courses must be completed prior to entering the Traditional Nursing Program: *Lower division Patho also acceptable. For this major, a grade of “C” or better is required in all courses, including Skills, General Education, and Core courses. 59 Total Credit Hours Including:

All undergraduate students must complete the The Newman Core in addition to major area requirements. |
