The Nutrition program is designed to equip students with the knowledge and practical skills needed to promote health and well-being through evidence-based nutritional practices. In a world where diet-related health challenges are on the rise, the demand for nutrition professionals continues to grow. This program offers a dynamic and interdisciplinary curriculum that integrates nutritional science, biology, and behavioral sciences to address the complexities of food, nutrition, and health.
This major, minor, or concentration is offered online through a consortium of accredited colleges and universities. All courses within the program are delivered by faculty employed by partner institutions in the consortium, with technology and administrative support provided by Rize Education. Oversight of courses offered through the consortium are reviewed and approved by Newman University. Students register through Newman University and receive academic credit from Newman University.
