A continuation of ENGL 3013, with special attention given to the contributions of women and minority writers to the development of a culturally diverse, distinctively American literature. Includes such authors as Crane, Faulkner, Fitzgerald, Hemingway, Eliot, O’Connor, Morrison, Dove, Silko, Song, Albee, and Wilson.
