BSAD 4023 - Consumer Behavior Credits: 3 This course focuses on the role of the consumer in the marketing process. Students will analyze the psychological, sociological, and cultural aspects of human behavior affecting consumers’ buying patterns. The process for new product reception by the consumer as well as the stages of the consumer purchasing process are also analyzed.
