ART 3533 - Materials and Processes Credits: 3 In this mission-driven course students design and build solutions to problems in the real world that have the potential to transform society. The semester long project challenges their design thinking, critical thinking and problem solving skills. The design process is human-centered, requires research, and uses a rapid prototyping, iterative problem solving approach used in industry. This course activates experiential learning and empowers the student’s mind to make new connections, synthesize new meanings, and create novel solutions to difficult problems.
Prerequisites: ART 3433 Offering: Fall-Each Term
